
Ray Mitchell, M.S.
Ray Mitchell, M.S., currently runs his own hardware/software consulting business. Prior to that he worked for over 33 years as an electronics design engineer at SPAWAR Systems Center where he designed, built, and programmed diverse hardware and software systems all the way from the logic design, circuit board layout, and mechanical packaging stages through the operating system and application program development phases. Designs include computer terminals, embedded control systems, parallel processing systems, and signal processing systems. He has taught at UCSD Extension since 1985 and prior to that taught at Grossmont Community College.
